Striking Asian style style ceramic planter or jardinaire box with removable top panels featuring a square shaped pane of glass on top. The ceramic frame is heavy and solid with 1 inch thick sides and top. The exterior has a decorative faux bamboo design on all sides. The top panels are vented with star shaped holes in a green tone. The interior has a handsome dark green glazed finish with a drain hole in the bottom. Repurposed as a coffee cocktail table with a square shaped glass top with a thick beveled edge and round corners. The table has vibrant color and textured finish. Very heavy and solid with a later added glass top. From an estate in San Francisco, CA.
