Set of Twelve Salterini Style Iron Strap Lattice Garden Chairs

Grand set of twelve patio and garden dining armchairs consisting of ten armchairs and two swivel rocking armchairs. Beautifully crafted in the neoclassical taste featuring iron strap lattice seats and backs. Made in the style and manner of Mario Papperzini for John Salterini. The square seat backs have loop finials on the corners with wide flat arms. The arms have a hand-hammered finish on the edges. The legs are conjoined by curved stretchers. Lovely design with graceful curves and profile. Very solid and heavy with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. The iron has a patinated faded finish that has an attractive weathered patina. Original Sunbrella seat cushions that are faded with stains but still presentable. From an estate in Hollywood, CA. Swivel chair measurements are 25.5"W x 30"D x 38"H, seat 18"H. Arms measure 24 inches on the swivel chairs and 25.5 inches high on the armchairs.
