Weathered set of four deconstructed Swedish Gustavian style dining chairs featuring muslin fabric upholstery. The unfinished hardwood frames are very sturdy and strong crafted with a curved tablet back. The square seat is supported by Greco-Roman column style legs. The chairs are upholstered with a thin muslin fabric having small tack nail borders and whimsical stitching. The finish is intentionally raw and distressed with stains visible on the seats. The design of the chair is reminiscent of Swedish Gustavian aesthetic with an aged finish. Sold as a set of four. From an estate in San Francisco, CA.
