Elegant set of four French Louis XVI style dining chairs of armchairs. Featuring a hand caned seat and back with a lacquered frame in the Gustavian taste. Beautifully carved with round backs and molded arms attached to a bow front seat with decorative rosettes on the front. Supported by round tapered legs with toupie feet. The frames are finished in a distressed cream lacquer with linen padded arms. Regal and elegant with a lovely profile. From an estate in San Francisco, CA.
