Gorgeous set of eight Italian dining chairs featuring scalloped shell back carved seats in the Venetian grotto style. The set consists of six side chairs and two host chairs measuring 25 inches wide, 23.5 inches deep, and 39 inches high. Excellent joinery and craftsmanship with newly upholstered seats having a delicate foliate stripe pattern in green. Each chair has a made in Italy plaque on bottom. The carved wood has a desirable aged patina and a rich, warm finish. From an estate in Napa Valley, CA.

Condition: Good, wear consistent with age and use. Beautifully crafted with solid joinery. Newly upholstered with age appropriate wear and very minor age cracks in wood finish as expected. Reupholstered.
