Set of Eight Midcentury Painted Slat Back Dining Chairs


Distinctive set of eight Mid-Century Modern dining chairs featuring a neoclassical style square slat back design. The chairs have an intentionally aged, distressed painted patina by Rachel Ashwell with makers plaque on bottoms of seat. The seats measure 19.5 inches without cushions and are topped with conforming thick pads with a cheetah leopard style print. Supported by elegant tapered legs conjoined by H shaped stretchers. Excellent joinery and craftsmanship with a beautiful patina and profile in an attractive light grey tone with warm wood peeking through the painted finish. From an estate in Napa Valley, CA.
