The frames are finished in a soft white lacquer with an intentionally distressed antiqued patina. The seats and backs are upholstered in a tactile deep navy velvet fabric, sharply contrasting the frames. The seats, backs, and padded arms are traced by neat rows of nickel-tone brass tack nailheads. Each benchmade chair is individually produced in Italy and finished with the highest level of hand-craftsmanship. The frames are sturdy and solid with strong joinery.
