Pair of McGuire Organic Modern Rattan Target Back Barstools

Distinctive pair of rattan barstools made in the California organic modern style by McGuire. Known as target back stools designed by Elinor McGuire featuring the iconic target ring design with optional ring finishes in black and contrasting gilt. The thick rattan frames are lashed together with leather rawhide laces. Upholstered with a mid-century modern Eames/Miller style floral design pattern in a pumpkin orange tone over a beige field. The stools have a footrest in the front with optional brass cladding. Excellent joinery and craftsmanship in exceptional condition with McGuire makers plaque on bottoms.
