Fantastic and rare pair of "Saratoga" cube chairs or lounge chairs designed by Massimo and Lella Vignelli for Poltronova circa 1960's. The lounge chairs feature a thick piano gloss lacquered finish in cream white. Topped with plush Italian leather cushions in a sienna red tone. The thick leather is soft and supple filled with Italian Alpi goose down giving the feeling you are sitting on a cloud. Iconic modern examples of early modular design. Lovely from an angle.
