The tops of the seat backs, arm supports, and ottoman supports are fitted with elegant round bronze ball finials. The heavy frames of the chairs and ottomans have a dramatic black iron powder-coated finish. The frames are topped with thick seat cushions having a very subtle mint tone with a soft woven boucle style finish. The set is sturdy and solid with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. The set is crafted in an elegant Italian Neoclassical garden patio style with bold latticework and elegant hand-crafted wrought iron construction. The mid-century modern design by Mario Papperzini is marketed through several high-end sites such as Amalfi, Janus et Cie, and originally by John Salterini. The matching \"Amalfi\" ottomans measure 26\" wide, 22\" deep, and 18\" inches tall.
