Distinctive pair of Italian mahogany butterfly shaped wingback lounge chairs or armchairs. The chairs feature a modern redux in a rustic, country style with baseball glove cowhide leather upholstery. The soft hides are thick with a desirable aged patina like a soft worn glove. The mahogany frames have gracefully flared arms and the generous seat has a thick seat cushion for a very plush comfortable seating position. The chairs have thick hand-stitched leather piping on the borders. The mahogany has a rich dark near ebony finish. Very unique chairs from an estate in San Francisco, CA.
