Sublime pair of mid-century modern lounge chairs designed by Jens Risom (1916-2016 Danish-American) in 1961. Known as the A-chair featuring a graceful and elegant sinuous design. Risom joined Ralph Pucci in 2005 and produced bespoke one of a kind custom order chairs. The chairs have been upholstered in space age style metallic fabric with an amazing brushed metal finish in the three subtly different shades. Silver magnesium, grey palladium, and blue tungsten metallic color fabric with a shimmery finish. The seat is supported by an ebonized lacquer frame with maker's plaque and signature.
