Pair of English Georgian Style Tufted Cordovan Leather Wingbacks


Stately pair of English cordovan or oxblood leather wingback armchairs made in the Georgian style. Crafted from mahogany frames with large, fully developed wings and English rolled arms. The handsome button tufted leather is accented by brass tack nail heads on the arms and wings. Supported by square, reeded legs in the front and curved legs in the rear conjoined by an H shaped stretcher. The leather has a beautifully aged patina with good color saturation. Excellent joinery and craftsmanship with classic English library chair profile. Price is for the pair. The arms measure 25.5 inches high.
