Pair of Chinese Qing Style Blue and White Porcelain Plaques


Remarkable pair of Chinese Qianlong style blue and white porcelain plaques depicting the emperor and empress. Hand-painted with period Guangxu Nian Zao stamps (1875-1908). Each mounted in a wooden lacquered frame with a decorative brass hanger. Intricate details and lovely faded color. The frames have good joinery with a distressed lacquer patina.
