Pair of British Colonial Style Teak Cane Plantation Chairs

Handsome pair of Anglo-Indian plantation lounge chairs or campeche chairs hand-crafted from teak. The chairs feature a hand-caned seat and back. The frames are constructed from radiant grained teak with a gracefully curved back supported by baluster turned supports. The seats are topped with thick, tufted and fitted cushions. The front legs have a tapered and fluted form while the rear legs are splayed. Very comfortable Caribbean style with dramatic profiles that showcase the rich grain patterns of the wood.
