Bespoke monumental channeled leather sofa made in the manner and style of Steve Chase for Martin/Brattrud. Grand sofa known as the Monterey features a long hardwood frame covered with thick espresso leather in 12 wide channels, elements, or segments. The stylish low slung sofa measures nearly 12 feet long and was custom ordered from the Los Angeles Design Center. The modern style is also inspired by designs from DeSede. The low arms on each end measure 23 inches high. From an estate in Beverly Hills, CA. Excellent joinery and craftsmanship with an intentionally, lightly distressed, aged patina on the thick leather hides.
