Spectacular pair of large Chinese blue and white temple jars or ginger jar vases standing nearly 40" inches tall. Featuring a field of white clouds and cranes flying over a sea of blue with idyllic landscape window scenes. Matched set with one having a smooth surface and the other having a unique hobnail bumpy surface. Each is constructed from thick ceramic walls with Chinese script on the necks and heavy matching lids. These impressive jars make a beautiful deep note when tapped or handled.
