Moderne Louis XIV Buffet a Deux Corps Cabinet in the French Provincial Style


Stunning moderne polychrome painted breakfront cabinet decorated in the French Provincial style with four floral painted panel doors on the top and four doors on the bottom. Sits on a faux marble base and has brass door pulls. Highly detailed hand painted flowers and faux woven doors. Made to be used as a media cabinet with lined shelving in all the storage areas. All interior shelves are lined in green and the case has a molded top featuring three lidded urns as finials. From the Pennsylvania Estate of billionaire banking heir Richard Mellon. Breaks down into two pieces.
