Iconic Michael Taylor design white dining chair featuring a cream lacquered finish. Designed in the neoclassical taste with a greco-roman klismos chair inspiration. The seat has a tablet shaped back and a generous seat inset with woven cane. The seat is topped with a conforming seat cushion in a geometric green pattern fabric. The seat measures 18 inches with the cushion and is supported by saber shaped legs. The wood has lovely angular carved designs in the back and legs. The chair is labeled with a Michael Taylor plaque on the bottom of the seat. Classic profile from an estate in San Francisco, CA.

Condition: Good, wear consistent with age and use. Beautifully crafted with strong solid joinery and construction. Intentionally aged patina on finish as seen in photos. Age appropriate wear with scuffs and chips which are difficult to see. Cushion fabric is vintage, but shows well.
