Beautiful Japanese four-panel byobu screen titled pine cranes and longevity. Depicts two red crowned cranes or Manchurian cranes perched in a pine tree. Lovely details with ink and color on silk ground. Signed and titled on left side by artiest Ryusai with two seals. Set in a heavy black lacquered wood frame with a thick silk brocade border. From an estate in Napa, CA.
