Charming Japanese four-panel byobu screen depicting two young quail in Eulalia grasses. Beautifully painted with fine grass and flowers over squares of gold leaf. The screen is set in an ebonized wood frame with a gold silk brocade border. Diminutive size from an estate in San Francisco, CA.
