Fantastic French caned chaise lounge or lounge daybed made in the Louis XVI taste. Features a handcrafted double caned back in a barrel shape and a painted finish with molded arms. Old gilt remnants are still visible on the antique paint finish. Newly upholstered with a thick seat cushion over a padded frame. Excellent joinery on the frame supported by six legs, four having tapered spade feet. From an estate in Beverly Hills, CA.
