English Victorian Patinated Brass Pedestal Plant or Candle Stand

Tall 19th century English Victorian pedestal plant stand or candle stand featuring a tripod base with claw feet. The round top has a galleried edge and is mounted to a mahogany disk. Supported by an elegant fluted column shaft with a turned mahogany finial conjoined to the tripod. The legs are decorated with acanthus and end with ball and claw feet. Could also be used as quite a dramatic martini stand. From an estate in San Francisco, CA. Rich, patinated finish on the disk and column shaft as seen in photos.
