English Regency Style Two Tier Console Speckled by Ira Yeager

Whimsical lacquer speckled console table or sofa table by artist Ira Yeager (American 1938-2022). The two-tier table features a brilliant mustard yellow lacquered finish over a black ground painstakingly painted by Ira. The speckled finish has a stylized animal print style and was created to use as a prop in Ira's gallery. The top of the table has a galleried edge or frame measuring 1.5 inches deep. Decorative faux-rope patterns border legs and shelves. The top is supported by thick, tapered legs conjoined by the bottom shelf. Fronted by a small storage drawer. The finish has a high gloss coat. Provenance: From the Yager Galerie Calistoga, CA.
