Rustic country Italian provincial farmhouse dining table featuring a thick plank top. The grand table is supported by a trestle base with wide hourglass shaped legs ending with thick shoe feet. The legs are conjoined by a long stretcher having an exposed mortise and tenon joinery. The table is heavy, sturdy, and strong with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. The finish has a desirable aged patina. This type of construction allows ample leg room measuring over 27 inches from the floor to the bottom.
