Country French Provincial Style Oak Farmhouse Trestle Dining Table


Magnificent country French provincial aged farmhouse style trestle dining table crafted from aged bleached oak. The massive table has a 2.5 inch thick plank top with tongue in groove breadboard ends. The top is supported by a substantial trestle base with distinctive thick baluster turned legs. The legs are conjoined by a long stretcher ending with spool shaped feet. Painstakingly crafted to resemble an 18th century monastery table or refectory table but with modern dimensions. Ample leg clearance measuring 29.5 inches from the floor to the bottom of the table. Very heavy and solid made with some wood peg joinery. Beautiful European farmhouse profile full of character and charm on the aged oak patina.
