The sofa is finished in a warm wheat-toned soft mohair style velvet upholstery with a soft matte luster accented by a deep diamond tufted pattern on the interior backs of the sofa. The apron of the sofa is finished with a woven rick-rack pattern trim in a woven dusty rose fabric over a cream ground that continues across the entire sofa. The sofa rests on elegant upholstered square-tapered legs lined with a tight brass nailhead trim. The upholstered exterior backs are left undecorated to reserve attention for the front. The seats are deep and comfortable with thick box seat cushions. The sofa is sturdy and strong having excellent joinery and craftsmanship in exceptional condition as seen in photos. The frame has a tall shelter back style giving the sofa an intimate seating area.
