19th Century Country French Provincial Oak Farmhouse Dining Table


Grand 19th century country French provincial farmhouse dining table or harvest table crafted from oak. The table features a 5 plank top measuring over 2 inches thick. The top is supported by a trestle style base constructed with wood peg joinery. The trestle has four thick chunky, turned legs with block joints ending with round peg feet. The legs are conjoined by an H shaped stretcher. The table measures 23 inches from the floor to the apron. The side of the base has a small storage drawer with an iron pull. Very heavy table full of character and charm with a desirable aged patina on the finish. From an estate in Napa Valley, CA.
