18th Century Swedish Gustavian Period Painted Mora Clock


Attractive 18th century Swedish long case mora clock from the Gustavian period. Features a white lacquered case with decorative parcel-gilt accents. The middle of the case has a windowed door to access the inside. Round top holds an enameled face mechanism with a round door missing its glass face. Beautifully distressed patina with a mechanism that has no hands and does not tell time. From an estate in Malibu, CA.
