Bespoke pair of lacquered rattan side tables or end tables crafted in the California coastal organic modern style by McGuire artisans. The tables feature a cube-shaped rattan frame with quatrefoil shaped polished brass supports topped by a thick, square pane of beveled glass. The custom ordered tables have an optional antique lacquer finish with an aged patina having craquelure. The intentionally aged finish adds intrigue and texture to the tables. The rattan is lashed together on the exposed joints with leather rawhide laces. Gorgeous patina and finish accented by the polished brass and beveled glass. Sturdy and strong with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. Sold as a pair. From an estate in San Francisco, CA. McGuire plaque on bottom of the table.
