Louis XVI Neoclassical Style Giltwood Trumeau or Pier Glass


Fantastic French 19th century giltwood trumeau, pier glass, console, or wall mirror. Made in the Louis XVI neoclassical taste featuring a carved armorial decorative top over the large beveled plate glass. The mirror has a wide frame with the inner border having reeded gilt and ribbon designs. The middle of the frame is lacquered in a robin's egg green color. Very impressive mirror from Napoleon Ill era with intricate details. From an estate in San Francisco, CA.
