Exceptional sideboard server or buffet designed by Barbara Barry for Baker/McGuire. The sideboard features a large oak case with rattan borders and splayed legs. The case has a woven raffia grass cloth veneer on the front doors and sides. The entire piece has a rich, dark tobacco finish. The front of the server has a gracefully bowed front with a minimalist design in the organic modern taste. The inside of the case is fitted with a shelved interior and pull-out drawer having silver storage and cloth. Very good, well-preserved condition from the original owner estate. Also available from the same estate: Set of 10 matching Barbara Barry cane chairs and 9.5 foot Barbara Barry extension dining table. McGuire makers plaque on the inside of drawer.
