Substantial country French provincial dining table or harvest table hand-crafted from oak timbers. The monumental top planks are 2.5 inches thick and supported by a trestle style base. Constructed with large wood peg joinery the table has ample legroom measuring 23.5 inches from the floor to the apron. The trestle has thick, chunky baluster turned legs conjoined by a long stretcher and ending with bun feet. Very heavy and stable with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. Lovely farmhouse profile with "euro skinny" dimensions. The large oak planks showcase the rich woodgrains and desirable aged patina.
