Gorgeous country French provincial oak farmhouse dining table or harvest table crafted from solid oak. The plank top is over 2 inches thick with breadboard ends and supported by a trestle base. The base has gracefully curved legs that end with large shoe feet. The legs are conjoined by a long stretcher with exposed mortise and tenon joinery having a large spurred wedge. Very heavy and solid with a rich smooth finish that showcases the lovely oak woodgrains. Beautifully crafted with a monastery-style design and Euro skinny dimensions. Appears to have been restored and refinished in the past.
