Fantastic 19th century country English pine dresser, commode, or chest of drawers lacquered by artist Ira Yeager (American 1938-2022) in the late 20th century. The dresser features a pine case with a faux-marble lacquered top in black with gold and white veining. The drawers and sides have been finished with dramatic faux-tortoiseshell. The case is fronted by four large storage drawers with black pulls. The case is supported by turned peg style feet. Colorful anchor for any room or entry with a stunning profile. Provenance: From the estate of of Ira Yeager Calistoga, CA.
