Opulent French round garden center table featuring a 2 inch thick molded cast stone top. The massive top is supported by a Greco-Roman neoclassical style corinthian column capital crafted from composite and wood. The capital is inverted with the decorative acanthus leaves curling up and the volutes are on the bottom. The table has an aged, distressed patina with age cracks and imperfections that add to its ancient ruin aesthetic. The table could serve as a dining table, center table, conservatory table, or in an orangerie. The table is very heavy and solid with old repairs and reinforcements on the bottom. Amazing profile and scale.
